Arts Attack

The CSPSO offers the "Arts Attack" program to all grades. This is a volunteer run program offering supplies, lesson plans, and follow-along videos teaching various techniques based on the age of the students. Arts Attack Docents do not need any special training or experience. Please contact your child's teacher if you are interested in volunteering.

Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA)

The VAPA Vision program is an innovative K–5 initiative that provides students with a rich, well-rounded arts education through the five Visual and Performing Arts strands: Media Arts, Dance, Theater, Music, and Visual Arts. Approximately twice each month, a team of highly qualified teachers visits Creekside to provide engaging, hands-on VAPA lessons for every student. These inclusive learning experiences foster creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and self-expression while supporting students' academic, social, and personal growth. Students also participate in Global Language and Culture lessons, expanding their understanding of diverse traditions, perspectives, and communities. Together, these opportunities reflect our district's commitment to providing a comprehensive education that inspires creative, confident, and culturally aware learners.
